Do not use Genesis to
- Break the law, violate sanctions, or facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, or evasion.
- Exploit, threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate against, or endanger a person.
- Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
- Access accounts, systems, data, or physical devices without authorization.
- Deploy malware, credential theft, destructive payloads, denial-of-service activity, or safety-control bypasses.
- Infringe privacy, publicity, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Impersonate a person or deceptively conceal material AI involvement.
- Make autonomous employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal, medical, or other high-impact decisions without qualified human review and lawful safeguards.
- Send spam, manipulate civic processes, or generate deceptive reviews, endorsements, or evidence.
- Bypass Genesis approvals, access boundaries, provenance, or safety controls.
Connected actions
Use the minimum permissions needed. Review recipients, scope, price, audience, and irreversible effects before approval. Do not connect data you are not authorized to process. Automated actions must remain within platform rules and applicable law.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate unsafe use and preserve evidence needed to investigate abuse. Where feasible, we will explain the reason and provide an appeal path. Report abuse to hi@genesis.build.
