Cancel any time
Cancel online in account settings or the Stripe-hosted billing portal. If you cannot access either, email hi@genesis.build. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the current billing period unless law requires otherwise. You do not need to call, chat with, or explain the decision to cancel.
First-payment beta promise
For a direct Genesis subscription, request a refund within 14 days of the first membership payment and we will refund that membership payment. Additional Compute already consumed is generally not refundable except where required by law or where a charge was duplicate, unauthorized, or technically failed. This voluntary promise does not limit any mandatory consumer right.
Statutory rights
Mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, warranty, and other consumer rights in your location continue to apply. Where law requires separate consent to begin a digital service during a withdrawal period, Genesis will request that consent at checkout and explain its effect before activation. Metered AI usage
Included usage is part of the subscription and has no separate cash value. Additional usage is not charged without an explicit budget authorization. Charges for already consumed model, voice, search, or provider usage are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate, unauthorized, or technically failed charges.
App-store purchases
If a future purchase is processed by Apple or Google, that store’s billing and refund process applies. Genesis will provide the appropriate store-management link in the app.
