In the app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Account and data.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the projects, connections, and data that will be removed.
- Confirm with fresh authentication.
The app will show whether deletion is immediate or scheduled and will provide a receipt.
Email fallback
Email hi@genesis.build from the account email. We will verify identity before deletion. Do not send passwords or secret keys.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers the account, project memberships owned solely by you, project content you are authorized to delete, stored connection credentials, and associated personal information. Shared content may remain for other authorized members. We may retain limited fraud, security, payment, consent, tax, dispute, legal-hold, and backup records as required by law, then delete or de-identify them when the retention period ends.
Timing
We target completion within 30 days after verification. If deletion is delayed by a legal hold, shared-workspace ownership transfer, or another lawful reason, we will explain the reason and next step.
