Models and routing
Genesis may route a task to OpenAI or another disclosed model provider based on capability, availability, cost, project settings, and user selection. The active model should be recorded with the task receipt. Model availability and behavior can change.
Human control
Reading and drafting may proceed automatically within granted access. Publishing, sending, spending, deleting, granting access, or taking another consequential action should stop for an approval that identifies the action, target, and consequence. You are responsible for reviewing the approval and the final result.
Generated and synthetic content
AI-generated output may contain errors, fabricated details, bias, or content similar to other material. Genesis will preserve provenance and label AI-generated or materially altered content where the product context or law requires it. Do not remove a required disclosure or use output to mislead people.
Training
Genesis does not train a Genesis-owned foundation model on customer project content. Model providers process submitted data under their API or business terms and the configuration available to Genesis. Provider roles are listed on the Subprocessors page.
Questions and challenges
When output materially affects a person, use an appropriate human decision-maker and a way to challenge the result. Report harmful or materially incorrect behavior to hi@genesis.build.
