Contacting Genesis does not create a subscription or charge. We review fit, supported location and surfaces, and the capabilities you need. If approved, we send activation instructions and the exact terms to review before checkout.
Response expectations
We prioritize account security, privacy rights, billing problems, and accessibility barriers. During invitation-only beta, general support is best effort. A dedicated business mailing address and supported sales-jurisdiction list remain launch requirements before paid activation.
