Core commitments
When Genesis processes personal data on a customer’s documented instructions, Genesis will act as processor; maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures; require confidentiality; engage subprocessors under protective terms; assist with data-subject requests, security incidents, and impact assessments as reasonably required; delete or return data at the end of service subject to lawful retention; and make information available to demonstrate compliance.
International transfers
The DPA will include the transfer mechanism appropriate to the customer and processing, including the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and UK addendum where applicable.
